Effective date: [DATE TO BE SET BEFORE LAUNCH]

Three Great Words does not require an account. You do not sign in, and you are never asked for your name, email address or any other personal detail to use the experience.

The app does record anonymous usage events so the words can be curated better over time. Those events are: app launches, swipes, how long a set of words stayed on screen, long-presses, saves, shares, views of these supporting pages, and whether an install invitation was shown, dismissed or accepted.

Each event is stored with the three words that were on screen, a random identifier kept in your browser for this device, and a second random identifier for the current session. Those identifiers are generated locally, are not linked to you, and are not shared with anyone. They can be cleared at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Words you save are kept only in your own browser's storage. They are not uploaded.

If you send a message through the contact page, the name, email address and message you type are stored so the message can be read and answered.

There is no advertising, no advertising pixels, and no third-party behavioural tracking. The summary of anonymous usage is viewable only by the site administrator through a password-protected private page.

Questions about any of this can go through the contact page.
